Abacus Warranty and After-Sales Support |

Abacus Computers & Technology offers a 2 year warranty period as standard, defined by the following policy:
An Invoice must be presented before returning any system for repairs, or any product for return or warranty.
All new systems and other accessories sold are non- refundable.
Ownership of goods is available only upon full payment of this invoice and that payment has been received & cleared.
Goods which are found to be damaged, missing any discs, manuals, etc must be reported to Abacus Computers & Technology within 2 days. All products returned must be in original packaging with all cables, software and instruction manuals as supplied otherwise no returns will be accepted.
Abacus Computers & Technology takes no responsibility for data lost or damaged during a HDD repair/warranty or system repair/warranty/service.
Abacus Computers & Technology Warranty is void if the product is found to be physically damaged or altered in any manner. Any returns for testing (faulty) and are found not faulty like described in the returned fault description will have a service charge applied at our discretion.
All LCD, Printer, Scanner, and other products not covered by in-store warranty have Manufacturer Warranty. Abacus Computers & Technology have no association with the warranty for those products and more details can be found on the product manufacturers website.
Abacus Computers & Technology offers lifetime after-sales support for all Abacus built computer systems. Conditions of our after-sales support are defined as:
